Certification Training
Factory Training Classes
The Customer Care Training Department would like to introduce our customers to the new 2019 PTV, Off Road, and Commercial training program. Our Augusta Factory offers certification training in all product lines. Attendees must pass a test to achieve certification.
Our goal is to provide our sales and service network with the highest quality educational experience.
Class sessions are limited to 12 people and enrollment is on a “first come first serve basis”.
Who should attend:
Dealers, New employees, Service personnel and Service Technicians.
Where to attend:
The TSV Factory in Augusta Ga and in select field locations. See Factory Training logistics below. Please contact the training department for Field Training locations and logistics.
Example of topics covered:
• Warranty policy and procedures
• Safety
• Fuel injection diagnostics (Where applicable)
• Electrical system diagnostics
• Front suspension & Steering
• Rear suspension
• Brakes
• Engine tear down & reassembly
• Battery & Charger technology (Where applicable)
New PTV Products – This class covers the Elite PTV, 72V PTV, and Kawasaki EFI. This is a highly technical class. It’s best to have attended previous classes or have prior PTV experience.
RXV / TXT – Electric and gas golf car products are covered in this class. We go over basics, periodic maintenance and trouble shooting.
Tracker Marine Off Road – This class is open to Tracker Marine technicians only. Stampede/Havoc, Prowler Pro, Wild Cat, and Alterra vehicles will be covered.
Textron Off Road – This class is much like the Tracker Marine class. It covers the electric Prowler EV/iS in addition to the vehicles listed above.
Golf Course PM – This class covers the periodic maintenance basics required to keep electric and gas golf cars running at peak performance. It will be offered for one day in field locations at no charge to golf courses. Technical trouble shooting is not normally covered in this class.
Online Golf Car Periodic Maintenance – This at home class allows the student to watch a series of videos and answer test questions on what they’ve seen. Contact the training department and provide your email address. An online invitation will be sent to you. This class is offered at no charge.
Commercial Products – Classes can be held for the Titan, Minute Miser, Tug, and Hauler vehicles. They will be facilitated on a per request basis.
Field Training Classes
Field classes at a dealership location can be scheduled on a per request basis. Contact the training department for a price quote.

Field Class Policy:
Classes can be held at the request of a field event sponsor. The sponsor is to provide the location, shop, materials, and all class facilitation needs. Certification can be given at a field location and will have the same curriculum as factory classes. Field classes can also be custom designed at the sponsor’s request.
Field Class Schedule:
Sponsors must contact the training department to schedule classes. Time is flexible depending on the needs of the sponsor.
